The customer journey

From purchase to reward.

01

Customer

You — discovering something worth buying, or a bill that's due.

02

KAMALO

You open KAMALO to see the offer, the reward rate, and how you'd like to pay.

03

Service / Offer / Purchase

You choose what you're paying for — a merchant purchase, a bill, or a partner offer.

04

Secure Payment

You pay the way you already do — UPI, card, or net banking — over an encrypted connection.

05

Payment Processing

Your payment is authorised and processed by regulated, authorised payment infrastructure.

06

Confirmation

You receive a confirmation, and any KAMALO rewards are credited to your account ledger.

KAMALO is currently open for waitlist sign-ups only. The flow above describes the intended customer experience once the KAMALO platform is live — it is not a description of a currently active payment product.

Payment security

Built on secure foundations.

KAMALO is designed to integrate with authorised payment infrastructure. These are the security and infrastructure principles our payment architecture is being built around.

Secure Payment Infrastructure

Payment Confirmation

A high-level view only — payments are designed to be routed through secure, authorised infrastructure rather than handled directly by KAMALO.

Secure HTTPS communication

Every page and form on kamalo.app is served over encrypted HTTPS, end to end.

Encrypted payment communication

Payment-related data in transit is designed to travel over modern TLS encryption — never in plaintext.

Secure authentication

Access to your KAMALO account and any payment action is designed to require secure authentication, protecting your identity and session.

Server-side credential protection

Payment credentials and secrets are designed to be handled only in secure server-side environments, never exposed in the browser.

Transaction status verification

Every payment is designed to be verified against the payment processor before it is ever marked complete.

Secure payment infrastructure

KAMALO is designed to integrate with authorised payment infrastructure, rather than handling raw card or bank data directly.

Payment status reconciliation

Transaction and reward status are designed to be reconciled with the payment processor, so your ledger stays accurate.

KAMALO does not process card, bank, or wallet credentials directly — payment processing is designed to be handled by authorised, regulated payment infrastructure providers. No card numbers, CVVs, or bank credentials are ever stored on KAMALO's own systems.

After payment

What happens next.

Once KAMALO launches, completing a payment is intended to trigger an immediate confirmation, with any eligible rewards credited to your KAMALO account ledger. Reward accrual, clearing, and payout mechanics are described in full under the Rewards & Commissions section of our Terms of Service.
